Services: Mossy Collaborative provides facilitation and organizational resilience services to climate champions and social change organizations. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual client agreements.

1. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for Mossy Collaborative to perform its services and ensuring team members can participate fully in facilitated sessions.

2. Confidentiality: Mossy Collaborative will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, documents, and discussions shared during facilitation sessions.

3. Payment: Fees for services will be outlined in individual client agreements. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.

4. Limitation of Liability: Mossy Collaborative's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the services in question.

5. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.

6. Governing Law: Mossy Collaborative is governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
