A workshop & Practice

Doom
&
Bloom

Building the emotional capacity to hold the full truth of this moment, the collapse and the emergence at the same time, without burning out or going numb.

What it is

Holding both at once

We're living inside three simultaneous stories. Business As Usual insists the system will self-correct. The Great Unraveling is what you witness when you look honestly: ecosystems fraying, systems straining. The Great Turning is the transition happening in parallel: new systems emerging, communities choosing each other.

All three are true at once. The question isn't which to believe. It's how to hold all of them, and keep choosing to keep living the Great Turning anyway.

Doom & Bloom is a practice for exactly that. Not bypassing the pain to get to the good stuff. Not drowning in it either. Stretching to hold the full truth of the moment — grief and love, collapse and emergence — without collapsing into either end.

Doom & Bloom uses a combination of frameworks and practices from The Work That Reconnects (like the three stories above), Deep Time, Deep Ecology, Ecodharma, Breathwork, and Systems Thinking, among others.

“If the world is to be healed through human efforts, I am convinced it will be by ordinary people, people whose love for this life is even greater than their fear.”
