About The Facilitator

Lilly Worthley founded Mossy Collaborative after recognizing that even the most dedicated climate champions and social change organizations struggle with burnout, overwhelm, and organizational paralysis. With a background in Environmental Sciences and over a decade working across climate sectors, she witnessed how emotional overwhelm and strategic stuck points derail mission-critical work.

As a certified Work That Reconnects facilitator and Stanford d.School trained integrative designer, Lilly combines breakthrough facilitation with emotional resilience building to help organizations persist through challenges while creating conditions for others to thrive.
